About The Speaker:

Lexi Traub is a 1000 RYT Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Artist, originally from New York City, USA. She moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she completed her bachelor’s degree with a double major in psychology and sociology, and a double minor in theater and technology, media, and arts. After graduation, she left on an around-the-world backpacking trip, which brought her face to face with indigenous healers of several traditions, including the Mayans in Guatemala, the Q’eros and Shipibo Tribes in Peru, her Gurus Anand Mehrotra and GuruMukh in India, and several other awakened beings along the way. She has personally practiced yoga asana for 14 years, and has been teaching for the past 2 years. With a background in fine arts and performance arts, she has found Kriya yoga to be the most integrative way to share her passions for philosophy, creativity, performance arts and the development of human consciousness with anyone with honest inquiry.
