Treat Yourself Thursday: Heart Opening Yoga & Meditation

Natalie will be leading a special Valentine's Day yoga flow, mixed with meditation + self love.

The class will consist of a hatha/vinyassa flow to get your body moving. Chest opening poses will be mixed in to balance the heart chakra - helping release tension and blocked emotions. The flow will also help with alignment and posture, since many of us are hunched over on our laptops all day.

We will end with a nice grounding meditation - leaving you feeling more centered, connected, + balanced! Join Nat as we celebrate Valentine's Day on our mats together ♥
