Did you know that happiness is not only an emotional experience, but also set of skills and rituals that must be cultivated daily? This event will inspire everybody to start their happiness practice. To practice happiness means to move, play, explore, create and be compassionate towards yourself and others. Grounded in the research of Positive Psychology, the Science of Happiness, Yoga and Buddhism, Lola’s presentation will provide timeless lessons on how to be happy and live a joyful, meaningful, and awe-inspired life.

This presentation will help you to understand the difference between happiness as an emotional experience, subjective/objective wellbeing, and a dynamic process (practice). You will learn about the phenomenon of hedonic adaptation and practice is the only sustainable way in achieving happiness. You will get to investigate the nature of persistence in inner conflict and fears based on the Triune Brain model and the phenomenon of negativity. Finally, youw will explore the sources of unhappiness and learn about the effective strategies for cultivation and maintenance of happiness, and create your own sustainable happiness practice

About the speaker:
Lola is a movement artist, Yogi, researcher, happiness coach and holistic practitioner. Initially trained as a dancer and choreographer, she later extended her education in Yoga & Meditation, Buddhist Studies, Positive Psychology, Art & Movement Therapy, and martial arts. Her training and work experience mainly come from India, Japan, Vietnam, Belarus, The Czech Republic, Spain, Germany and Greece. 
Lola is the author of several books and the creator of the Atma-Prema Yoga — an interdisciplinary healing method, which she teaches internationally in forms of workshops and retreats. Geared with effective strategies and tips, her recent book Practice Happiness is a handy guide for busy people who want to live a happy, meaningful, and awe-inspired life.
