Did you know that yoga can help your digestive system?
Twisting not only bolsters digestion, it also fuels your breath and strengthens your core, making you feel even more aware of your body.

When you are traveling, your body has to adapt to different climate and food. This can lead towards feeling bloated, constipated and victim of many other stomach diseases.

During our everyday life, we all sit too much, and this causes tension, lower back pain and, even more important, tight hips. Think about the time spent inside your car, on the motorbike, working behind your laptop.
It's important you take some time, during the day, for your body and it's essential for your health that you learn to listen to it.
For this reason, we'll start the class with a beautiful Pranayama breath flow to connect with your breath and to focus completely on it.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga is simply linking breath with movement. It is meant to stretch and strengthen muscles while balancing and calming the mind. Traditional Yoga poses are used in combination with breath and your intention is the very foundation of the practice.

About the teacher:
Our amazing teacher, 7 years ago, had a busy social life and a fast paced job in the fashion industry that was pushing her to live an unbalanced life. She longed for a more meaningful existence, even if she was living her dream: working with high-end labels and exploring the fashion industry was stimulating, but the need for a deeper sense of meaning in her life was always very present and real.

As soon as she started practicing yoga, she began to realize that the time spent on her mat offered a place where to feel grounded, focused, accountable, aware and appreciative of the smallest moments she was living. The more in-tune she became with her body, the more harmonious was her life.

Thus prompting an internal call to dive as deep as possible into this profound practice, she traveled to the place where yoga was born, India.
She desired soon to expand and share her knowledge with strangers and beloved ones, creating awareness about the transformative growth yoga offered to her. That's the reason why, deep in the majestic, mystical Himalayas, she became a certified Yoga teacher.
