Free Spirit is an ethical yoga wear brand, founded in Australia 3 years ago by Christina, and just last year launched in the UK. They have slowly been expanding online via digital marketing, raising brand awareness at yoga festivals and growing their stockists in both of these countries.
The challenges:
With a goal to increase online sales, Free Spirit is currently considering the strategy for expansion globally - Whether to use their budget to reach out to new markets or to stick with the 2 countries they know and focus on expansion there?
Main desired outcomes:
- any help and advice from anyone with an e-commerce business, experience of growing a business internationally
- input from anyone who has an interest in the Yoga & Wellness scene who may have ideas of how Free Spirit might work in their home country
