Bali's close neighbor Lombok is one of the poorest regions in Indonesia where even in times of normality people survive with very little. Now that they've lost that too, we are here to help and give back what we can to this wonderful part of the world we call home.
About the speaker:
Janset Berzeg is a solo entrepreneur based in Lombok and Gili Air since 2014 with a focus in social enterprise models.
Janset has a background in Refugees and Forced Migration with 11 years of professional experience working with ICMC, The Red Cross and STARTTS (NSW Service for The Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture Survivors). She has a M.A. in Development Studies at UNSW.
She has lost her home and her business in the recent earthquakes and is working towards rebuilding the lives of affected communities in Lombok.
