Terry will teach participants about Color Theory, Color Analysis, and how to implement these scientific phenomenon to not only dress themselves in a way that makes them positively stand out from the crowd, convey authority or blend into the background if they so choose. They will learn how different colors and color combinations convey different emotions and can powerfully impact not only their appearance and first impressions professionally but also their company's brand.
This course will be very interesting to attend because often we can be stumped on what colors look best on us. This course will offer complete confidence in selecting dynamic and I catching color combinations as well as choosing specific shades of colors to wear based on your skin tone, eye color, and hair color. Knowing that you are wearing colors that are scientifically proven to be flattering on you will completely change the way you see yourself, feel about yourself and interact with others while networking and socializing. There is nothing more valuable than complete self confidence and pride in your appearance especially when you're trying to make a great impression on prospective clients or romantic partners. These concepts can also be applied to creating your company logo and brand with complete awareness of the intention and impression you want to give others when they look at your website and marketing materials.
Since 2010, Teresa "Terry" Alabata has been a professional eco-friendly and cruelty-free makeup artist and hairstylist. After attending a full-time 6-month course at the Empire Academy of Makeup in Costa Mesa, California, she graduated with a certificate of Multimedia Artistry which included an extensive and rigorous course on Color Theory and Color Analysis. As a color enthusiast, this education has enhanced Terry's abilities in masterfully choosing the perfect colors for any and all skin tones, catering to different impressions and intentions that her clients desire. For the past year, she has been solo traveling and has found a new career and love in freelance writing about green beauty, healthy living, and socially progressive topics. It is her desire to contribute to society through her words and nerdiness about all ways to improve quality of life.
