When you are traveling, your body has to adapt to different climate and food. This can lead towards feeling bloated, constipated and victim of many other stomach diseases.

During our everyday life, we all sit too much, and this causes tension, lower back pain and, even more important, tight hips. Think about the time spent inside your car, on the motorbike, working behind your laptop.
It's important you take some time, during the day, for your body and it's essential for your health that you learn to listen to it.
For this reason, we'll start the class with a beautiful Pranayama breath flow to connect with your breath and to focus completely on it.
