The talk will explore the components involved in building a successful team and operating systems for an Organization with a dispersed team using a workshop format. We will primarily focus on people, people practices and systems that we need to have in place to meet the primary vision of an Organization efficiently and with a motivated team.
During the session, you will be able to real time model the aspects of building a successful remote working Organization or unit from a operations and human capital angle and will be able to apply relevant aspects to your current work. Also, you will learn about the culture based system building which is more efficient than the traditional control system methods that exist.
Shilpa Gangadharan Manari is a passionate individual who is aspired to make this world a better place. She is a powerhouse of determination and positivity. Shilpa is the Director at one of the largest non-profits in India (Make A Difference) which works towards ensuring better outcomes for children in orphanages and street shelters. Besides that, she is a trained classical dancer, yoga practitioner and writer. Shilpa loves to travel, experience various cultures and believes that experience is life’s greatest teacher.
