Why do we have motivation and discipline problems with regular exercise? In this event, we are going to learn about the unhealthy conscious and unconscious habits that keep us from maintaining an exercise routine.
Being aware of, and accepting of our unhealthy beliefs and habits is the first step to changing our lives. During this event, we are going to learn new behaviors that we can implement straight away that can start to create our motivation and discipline.

Arlindo has been teaching for 30 years as Personal Trainer, PE teacher, Portuguese National Kickboxing trainer, Martial Arts Instructor and working as a life coach.
